Lawyer Up!: Frenkel & Frenkel Redesign Complete

One of our long-time clients, Frenkel & Frenkel Attorneys and Counselors, recently approached us about doing a brand redesign for them. The project was a fun undertaking because while the guys over there are extremely professional and buttoned up, they’re also just really nice guys — real people — who didn’t want a law firm logo that looks like every other law firm. As personal injury lawyers, they also wanted to convey a sense of advocacy and safety to their clients, as well as strength. With that, they left it to us to explore what that might look like as a monogram, icon or type treatment.

After some experimentation with colors and various graphic treatments, our clients chose a modern interpretation of a monogram and shield for their new look. After selecting some not-so-typical layouts for their stationery system (which of course we love because it will help them stand out from their competition!), they also had us lay out some fun items to promote their new look to clients, friends and family.

Check out the images below to see the results of the redesign. We also expanded the new look to include their social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Next on the docket is a redesign of their web site, so stay tuned for more. And if you ever need this type of legal assistance, take it from us: these guys will take great care of you — and you might just get a cool coffee mug, too.

Celebration! White Rock: Celebrating a Project Well-Done

Some of you may have seen our recent blog about working on the logo for Celebration! White Rock — a new annual festival organized by the White Rock Lake Conservancy benefiting Dallas’ beloved lake. In addition to the logo, we ended up creating a multitude of pieces: T-shirts, banners, flyers, web graphics and a really fabulous poster, to name a few.

We’re excited to report that the inaugural event on April 10 was a great success, with more than 400 runners participating in the 5K and 10K runs. And the post-race festival had great participation as well, from local sponsors and volunteers who served up fabulous food and drinks for the runners and other attendees. Live music from Good Times Van made the evening complete. The best part? Thousands of dollars were raised to help fund restoration projects such as the Stone Tables and Pavilion to keep our lake in great shape. If you didn’t make it out this year, you can count on another opportunity in 2015. We hope to see you there!

Moving Up and Over: Allen Davis Promoted to Head Up Account Service Expansion

Three years ago, Banowetz + Company was fortunate to bring Senior Account Executive Allen Davis to our staff, and with him an extensive skill set and over a decade of experience. Allen’s capacities for absorbing, digesting and deciphering information, formulating a cohesive strategic plan, and helping our clients achieve their goals have proven to be indispensable assets for us and our clients. So much so, that as our clients have come to fully utilize his expertise, we are anticipating a need for additional account service support.

In order to accommodate this expanded capacity of our client relationships, we’ll be increasing the account service side of our business. Already effective, Allen is taking the helm as Director of Account Service and will begin building a team of passionate, like-minded account executives to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service and on-target creative for every project. Over the next few months, look for additional announcements — and a new face or two — as we rise to the occasion.
