Recently, Banowetz + Company was asked by the Dallas Market Center to develop a logo and advertising campaign for Lightovation, formerly know as the Dallas International Lighting Market, which is the largest lighting market in the U.S. Although DMC had already landed on the name, they needed help establishing a look and feel for the new brand.
Twice a year, this market draws buyers from coast to coast to view a comprehensive collection of residential and commercial lighting over an illuminating four-day weekend. Lightovation also takes over the downtown Sheraton, with thousands of lighting specialists pouring into the city to see the latest, greatest — and brightest — ideas in the industry. It was exciting to see our new brand lighting the way to all of the festivities both at the hotel (where market-goers enjoyed an after-hours “after dark” party) and throughout the Dallas Market Center.
