Banowetz + Company is proud to announce the promotion of Nicholas Begley to the role of Designer. In his first year as a design professional, Nic has made quite the impact on the B+C creative team as well as our clients, bringing fresh ideas to every project — not to mention he’s been recognized in regional design competitions such as the Dallas ADDYs and the DSVC Dallas Show. He’s proven to be one of the hardest-working people at our studio, never shying away from any challenge, and he continually brightens up the work environment as our resident light bulb changer.
A Reason to Smile: B+C Brands TMJ+
If you’ve ever been told you have TMJ, you might not know it stands for temporomandibular joint dysfunction, but you know it hurts. When Grapevine Dental Care decided to shift their focus to specializing in helping patients find relief from TMJ and its myriad of associated symptoms, they reached out to Banowetz + Company to help with naming, branding and collateral. After establishing the name and logo, we created a collateral package that includes business cards, handy appointment cards, and an attractive foil-stamped pocket folder to house patient paperwork.
Delicious: Banowetz Creates New Branding for IMOTO
Culinary genius Kent Rathbun has done it again, launching a spectacular new dining and bar experience called IMOTO with his wife Tracy. Located in Victory Park, this upscale Asian restaurant is a flavorful signature showcase of Chef Rathbun’s take on Asian staples, traditional sushi and modern cocktails. With our history of working on successful restaurant concepts together, Banowetz + Company was invited back to the table to develop the branding for IMOTO. The B+C team crafted a series of sleek logo marks that fuse modern typography, bold splashes of color, and traditional Asian iconography, which made for dynamic signage and striking uniforms. The menus are wrapped in printed vinyl featuring art taken from the restaurant’s prominent wall mural, each one a unique piece of the overall image. Business cards were printed on decadent soft-touch heavyweight paper with an embedded hit of red for a look that makes a statement in any language.
