Cool Fashions Hot Off the Press: the NorthPark Fall 2016 Luxury Book

The fall 2016 luxury book for NorthPark Center has just been released. As a continuation of the “Art of Shopping” campaign, it was shot at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and features new looks from some of NorthPark’s biggest names in fashion set against spectacular works of art. Well-Crafted: The Ellis is Officially Open

A recently completed luxury multi-tenant community located in Carrollton, Texas, was the subject of a Banowetz + Company naming and identity project earlier this year. We worked together with our client, the NRP Group, to capture the essence of the Craftsman-style architecture and the modern, yet warm, vision for the property. Now that the actual build is finished, The Ellis is officially open. Check out the vibe of this great community and see how the identity we created adds to its unique visual language.

Passion Project: Handmade Candles for a Cause

Check out our new work for Row Candles — a candle company started by a young man with a big heart. Founder, CEO and Chief Candlemaker, Christopher Row, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the young age of 10 years old and, with his entrepreneurial spirit, decided to start Row Candles, a business that would make a difference. Christopher hand-makes soy candles using the finest materials, in scents including Lilac, Spruce, Lavender and Citrus. He sells them for just $10 and donates a portion of each sale to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. We thought that was a bright idea!

We had the pleasure of mentoring Christopher and working with him on the development of his brand. He presented his business concept and products to the B+C creative team and together we developed a name, positioning line, logo, business card, packaging and a web site he is quite proud of. Christopher is a savvy young businessman and we very much enjoyed working with him and guiding him through the creative process.
