Well-Crafted: The Ellis is Officially Open

A recently completed luxury multi-tenant community located in Carrollton, Texas, was the subject of a Banowetz + Company naming and identity project earlier this year. We worked together with our client, the NRP Group, to capture the essence of the Craftsman-style architecture and the modern, yet warm, vision for the property. Hot Property: The Ellis Now Leasing

A new resort-style apartment community located in a highly desirable area in Carrollton, Texas, was the subject of a recent branding project at Banowetz + Company. Our challenge was to capture the essence of the Craftsman-style architecture and the modern, yet warm, concept of the property being built by our client, NRP Group. The residences were designed for younger professionals who value a work / life balance and appreciate hand-crafted quality over mass production.

After some hearty research, we proposed names that gave a nod to the architectural style and the Craftsman movement, yet still felt current and contemporary. Once the name “The Ellis” was chosen, we developed a logo, stationery system, a design elements library and one-sheets that we feel beautifully communicate the vibe of the development.
