Nicholas Begley Joins Banowetz Creative Team

Meet Nicholas. Or Nick. Or just plain Nic. Our newest team member and designer Nicholas Begley is a guy with a lot going for him — in addition to his several “nick names.” Prior to joining the B+Co team, he landed a couple of choice professional internships and graduated from the University of North Texas, where he won the top Communication Design portfolio three years in a row. His hard work and passion for design also earned him repeated recognition in the Dallas Society of Visual Communications Student Show.

The oldest in a family of six kids, Nicholas grew up here in the DFW area. When he’s not designing, he likes to venture outdoors — whether he’s hitting the local bike trails, taking a cross country run, or traveling to places that offer skiing and hiking. His sense of adventure doesn’t stop there; he also has a passion for painfully spicy foods, which he wasted no time on proving.

We’re excited to tap into his talent and put his creativity to work for our clients. Look for great things from him as he launches his career at Banowetz + Company.

New Talent. New Team Member: Senior Designer Ryan Bailey

The last few months at Banowetz + Company have brought about a lot of exciting changes. Most recently, Ryan Bailey has just joined our gang as a Senior Designer. 

Ryan has six years of experience working on everything from print to interactive — and he hasn’t wasted any time in gaining professional recognition in such esteemed publications as Communication Arts, Graphis, Print and CMYK Magazine, and in the Dallas Society of Visual Communications award show. He’s a graduate of the University of North Texas (yay, UNT!), where he was also a rock star, winning several awards for his student portfolio.

With a passion for learning and great design, Ryan is enthusiastic and eager. Although he’s already established himself as a talent to be reckoned with — having worked on high-profile accounts like Dell, HP, Domtar, Travelocity, Dallas Marathon, Klyde Warren Park, and Turtle Creek Chorale — he’s an easy-going team player with a humble, down-to-earth persona. Ryan touts himself as a family man, enjoying his time off with his wife and daughter, and as a science fiction buff who also enjoys music and photography. We’re very excited to have him on board, and it’s already apparent he’s a great addition to our team.

New on Deck: Account Executive Janna Jackson

At Banowetz + Company, there a whole lotta shakin‘ goin‘ on: We’re excited to announce that Account Executive Janna Jackson has joined our crew. Janna comes to us with a marketing degree from TCU and eight years of experience working at The Nieman Marcus Group. Her luxury retail experience makes her a perfect fit for our client list. 

Janna is well versed in developing and implementing advertising plans and ensuring that all creative is on-strategy and on-brand. She can manage a project from budgeting to delivery and all points in between. And she’s no stranger to working with media partners to strategize placement and added value for our clients. Passionate, bright and energetic, Janna will be a great asset to Banowetz + Company. 

When she’s away from the office, Janna can be found socializing with friends or spending time with family. She also enjoys yoga — and it must be working, because she’s definitely calm, cool and collected. She’s also a self-proclaimed championship bowler, but we haven't taken her to task on that one yet.
