Making Statements: A Five-Star Campaign

Our client, Mercedes-Benz of Plano, has a solid history of going above and beyond to make their customer experience exceptional. And what better way to communicate this than using real statements from real customers in their marketing? This is how our "5-Star Statements" campaign was born. We sourced and synthesized actual customer comments into striking print and digital ads with vibrant vehicle photography, and clean, yet expressive typography. We also adapted this concept into radio spots that conveyed the pride and motivation that Mercedes-Benz of Plano gets from receiving such positive reviews. At a Loss for Words: Fun new campaign for Mercedes-Benz of Plano

We’ve just wrapped up a new ad campaign for our long-term client, Mercedes-Benz of Plano. The concept — which features black and white photography contrasted against bold, colorful type — plays up their vehicles, service and overall customer experience as so exceptional, they are hard to describe. We drive home the point with the use of fun, made-up words as headlines. Watch for the series to be popping up in publications, on the radio and on billboards. Here’s a preview of some of the print ads. And if you find yourself at a loss for words to describe something that’s “beyond great,” feel free to borrow any of our “fantabulous” terms.
