Banowetz + Company is excited to welcome junior designer Kaleb Privett to the creative team. Kaleb comes to us fresh from UNT with a BFA in Communication Design and a passion for all things art. With an inherent sense of design, his work has been featured in the DSVC National Student Show and recognized as a top Communication Design portfolio three years in a row. His interests range from philosophy to skateboarding, including reading, visiting museums and psychology — not to mention he has a very eclectic taste in music. A self-proclaimed “Texas vegan” (meaning he doesn’t eat meat but can’t give up his cowboy boots), he enjoys discovering new vegan recipes and restaurants while out and about with his wife, Lauren. Stay tuned for updates and be sure to drop by to say “hey!” as Kaleb makes his start at B+C.
Bright Mind: Nicholas Begley Promoted at B+C
Banowetz + Company is proud to announce the promotion of Nicholas Begley to the role of Designer. In his first year as a design professional, Nic has made quite the impact on the B+C creative team as well as our clients, bringing fresh ideas to every project — not to mention he’s been recognized in regional design competitions such as the Dallas ADDYs and the DSVC Dallas Show. He’s proven to be one of the hardest-working people at our studio, never shying away from any challenge, and he continually brightens up the work environment as our resident light bulb changer.
A Lil' More Creative: Lily Smith+Kirkley Named B+C Associate Creative Director
Banowetz + Company is thrilled to announce the full-time return of Lily Smith+Kirkley. Well-versed in working with clients large and small, Lily’s passion for great design and enthusiasm for approaching projects from unexpected perspectives have landed her the role of Associate Creative Director, where she will assist in leading the B+C creative team and overseeing various accounts and projects. When she’s not crafting award-winning work in her new role at Banowetz, this native Texan is the creative powerhouse behind Lilco Letterpress and the Workshop Chair for The Illustration Conference, ICON10. Join us in welcoming Lily back to the team!
